Account Registration & Verification

Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the lq77 Platform, you agree at all times to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account and throughout the KYC process.

Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player: You may close your lq77 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.
Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, lq77 strongly encourages you to activate a self-exclusion period rather than simply closing your account. Where an account is closed by lq77 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, lq77 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account as compensation for losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach (e.g., market exit, regulatory requirements), any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, lq77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any product or service offered thereon shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player into their lq77 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lq77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether arising out of contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if lq77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
lq77 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond lq77's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, telecommunication failures, internet outages, power failures, regulatory changes, or any other force majeure event.
Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes on lq77 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our game partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). lq77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
